What does Merivant do?
We deliver AI strategy roadmaps. In 30 days, you get four deliverables: a Discovery Assessment, a Platform Decision Matrix, an Architecture Blueprint, and a Strategic Roadmap. Ready for your team to run. If your team is underwater, we can also run the implementation.
Who does the work?
Bryant Herrman, the founder. Every engagement is principal-led. You work directly with the person doing the assessment, writing the deliverables, and presenting the findings. No handoffs, no junior analysts learning on your budget.
What kinds of firms do you work with?

How much does it cost?
Fixed scope, quoted before we start. No hourly billing, no open-ended engagements, no surprise invoices. The price depends on the complexity of your environment, but you know the total before signing.
What if AI is not the right answer for our problem?
We will tell you. We have no vendor partnerships, no referral fees, no platform to sell. If the fix is a better-configured CRM or a cleaned-up data pipeline, that is what we recommend. Our independence is the reason our recommendations are trustworthy.
How long does an engagement take?
The core strategy engagement is 30 days from kickoff to delivered roadmap. Discovery takes the first two weeks. The remaining two weeks are spent building the decision matrix, architecture blueprint, and strategic roadmap.
Can our team execute the roadmap without you?
That is the default. The roadmap is designed for your team to execute independently: plain language, sequenced with dependencies, budgeted per phase. If your team is underwater, we can also run the implementation. Either way, you own what we produce.
Do you have vendor partnerships or platform affiliations?
None. Zero partnerships, referral fees, or reseller agreements. Our recommendations are based entirely on your requirements and your environment. We do not sell platforms.
What makes Merivant different from a large consulting firm?
You work directly with the person doing the work. The usual consulting model sends a team of eight to twelve, led by a project manager relaying messages. We bring AI-enabled workflows that let one principal deliver what used to take that team. Same depth, no coordination overhead, one person accountable.
How do you handle sensitive data during an engagement?
We operate under NDA from day one. During discovery, we work on your systems with your team present. Data stays in your environment. Our assessment documents describe systems and processes, never individuals. Governance is built into how we work, not bolted on after.
What is your approach to psychological safety?
We protect the people who tell us the truth. Our assessments describe processes and systems, not individuals. We do not recommend layoffs. We do not assign blame. The strategy does not work if the people executing it are afraid of the process that created it.
How do I get started?
