How We Work
You name it. We build it. You keep it.
One task, one week, free. Anything you want built after that is quoted per build, in writing, before anyone starts.
How We're Built
One person accountable. AI-augmented delivery.
A week is not a figure of speech, and it is not a discount on quality. It is what happens when one person who has run platforms at scale builds with AI directly rather than describing the work to somebody else who will.
AI does the part that scales: drafting, wiring things together, the tenth variation of a thing that was tedious the first time. The judgment stays human. What your data is allowed to touch, what happens the day the input arrives malformed, and whether a task should be automated at all are decisions, not output.
That is the whole model. One person accountable, building rather than advising, with the same judgment that governed systems for 275,000 people pointed at the job costing you your Thursday afternoons.
01
You name it
What we need from you
One sentence describing the task that costs you the most hours. Not a brief, not a specification, not a meeting. If you can say it out loud to a colleague, you can say it to us.
What we do with it
We tell you honestly whether we can build it, usually the same day and always within one. If we cannot, we say so and point you at whoever can. A fast no costs you a sentence and saves you a week.
What makes a good one
Repetitive, manual, and on a schedule. Retyping between systems that will not talk to each other. Putting the same information into a template over and over. A report somebody rebuilds by hand every week. Chasing people for documents. The tasks people have stopped complaining about because they assume nothing can be done.
Timeline
Same day, or the next one. There is nothing to prepare and nothing to book.
02
We build it
What the week looks like
We build a working version of the task. Not a prototype you have to imagine using, and not a document describing what could be built. Something you can run on Friday against your own work.
What we need from you
A realistic example of the work, and one person who can answer a question when we get stuck. Usually that is under an hour of your time across the whole week. If it needs more than that we will say so before we start rather than discover it on Wednesday.
How we handle your data
We work under NDA from the start and design so sensitive values stay inside your environment. Where something has to leave it, we tell you what and why first. Nineteen years governing platforms under HIPAA is where that instinct comes from, and it is a design constraint here rather than a policy document.
Timeline
One week. We run three of these at a time so that stays true. When the three are full we tell you.
03
You keep it
What you get
The thing we built, working, and it is yours. You keep it whether or not you ever pay us a penny. Nothing expires, there is no trial to cancel, and we do not switch it off if you decide to stop here.
The conversation
We talk about how it went: what it actually solved, what it did not, and what we learned about the shape of your work along the way. That conversation is often more useful than the build, because it tends to surface the second and third task.
The quote
If you want the next one built, you get a number for it in writing before anyone starts. Quoted per build, because the price depends entirely on what the task turns out to be. No rate card, no retainer, no hourly billing, and nothing that renews on its own.
What happens if you stop here
You are ahead by one working thing and we are ahead by one real problem. That is a fair trade and it is genuinely how the model is meant to work. Plenty of people take the first build and we never hear from them again.

Our Standards
How we handle trust, data, and independence.
Client data stays in your environment
During discovery, we work on your systems with your team present. We operate under NDA from day one. Assessment documents describe systems and processes, never individuals. Your data does not leave your infrastructure.
Vendor independence
We have zero partnerships, referral fees, or reseller agreements with any technology vendor, cloud provider, or AI platform. Our recommendations are based entirely on your requirements and environment. If AI is not the right answer, we will tell you.
Governance-first methodology
Everything we build has governance in it from the first line: data boundaries, human oversight where a decision carries weight, and an audit trail for anything automated. We do not bolt that on once something works. It is a design constraint, which is why the week produces something you can actually put in front of your own systems. How we design governance ›
